Sandoz is seeking a Legal & Compliance Counsel Global Commercial and Transactions to serve as the strategic partner for the general legal & compliance function, supporting M&A; and BD&L; activities, and providing end-to-end support for global commercial platforms.
You will independently lead global transactions, draft and negotiate with internal and external counsel, and coordinate across regions to mitigate risk and drive sustainable growth.
