Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and/or mobile applications.




- Select and implement appropriate test automation tools and frameworks.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with developers and QA testers to ensure test coverage and quality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and strategies.
- Develop and maintain test data sets.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in test automation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in test automation engineering.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies (unit, integration, end-to-end testing).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Knowledge of API testing and tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
