Key Responsibilities





- Develop and deliver engaging music and movement classes for children in early childhood settings.
- Introduce children to basic musical concepts, rhythms, melodies, and instruments.
- Integrate music into various learning areas to support overall child development.
- Organize and lead musical activities such as singing, dancing, and playing simple instruments.
- Create a positive and stimulating musical learning environment.
- Collaborate with other educators to plan and execute school events, performances, and celebrations.
- Assess children's participation and progress in musical activities.
- Maintain a well-organized and resourced music corner or space.

Requirements

- Degree or relevant certification in Music Education, Early Childhood Education with a music specialization, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching music to young children.
- Strong understanding of child development and how music contributes to it.
- Proficiency in playing a musical instrument (e.g., piano, guitar) and singing.
- Excellent ability to engage and inspire young children.
- Creative, energetic, and patient demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
