Roche seeks a Data Governance Strategy & Operations Lead to bridge digital strategy, analytics, and operations across Pharma Technical Operations. You will drive end-to-end program leadership, deploy data products and AI/ML models, and champion governance and regulatory compliance at scale.
You will partner with Change Management and OCM teams to implement adoption and ensure value realization across general sites, with a focus on Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking methods.
