Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations for the MEDNA region, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery. You will partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to drive improvements across multiple countries.
You will lead a multi-level payroll team, monitor KPIs, maintain process documentation, and support system enhancements. The role reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll and supports a global, versátil work arrangement.
