Teakdecking Systems Europe is looking for an experienced, organized and proactive Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to join our Products Division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse and logistics operations, managing inventory, organizing domestic and international shipments, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment.

We are looking for a hands-on professional who can work independently, manage priorities, solve problems and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations.

Main Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily warehouse, inventory and logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Manage customer orders from receipt through preparation, shipment and delivery.
- Organize and supervise picking, packing, dispatch and distribution activities.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international shipments, working closely with transportation providers.
- Request and compare freight quotations, negotiate rates and monitor logistics costs.
- Monitor stock levels, maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate physical stock counts.
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO), product traceability and shelf-life monitoring.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including delivery notes, packing lists, commercial invoices and export documents when required.
- Track shipments, resolve delivery issues and address inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate daily tasks with warehouse personnel and ensure operational priorities are met.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers and internal departments, including Sales, Purchasing, Production and Finance.
- Prepare operational reports, monitor logistics KPIs and identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and costs.

Essential Requirements





- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination, inventory management, warehouse operations or a similar position.
- Education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience managing orders, inventory and domestic and international shipments.
- Good understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory control and shipping documentation.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and practical experience with ERP systems.
- Good command of Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Valid driving licence.

Desirable Qualifications

- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience in international logistics, customs or export documentation.
- Previous experience coordinating warehouse personnel or operational teams.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial or marine-related industries.
- Knowledge of process improvement and operational performance reporting.
