As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding results. Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer retention. Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.





Monitor service performance and elevate issues where appropriate. Strong customer-facing experience in a service-oriented environment. Fluent in Spanish and English.
