At International Service Group , we're expanding our international recruitment and executive search business and looking for a Dutch-speaking professional to help us develop the Netherlands market.

You'll be responsible for winning new clients, building lasting relationships and generating recruitment assignments, supported by our established team of specialist recruitment consultants.

We're open to candidates at different career stages. What matters most is dedication, professionalism, initiative and follow-through.

What You'll Do

- Identify and approach potential clients in the Netherlands through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and networking.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and business decision-makers.
- Understand recruitment needs, present our services and win new assignments.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and develop long-term client accounts.
- Work closely with our recruitment consultants, who handle candidate sourcing and delivery.
- Manage your sales pipeline and identify opportunities for repeat business.

What We're Looking For

- Native or near-native Dutch and professional English.
- Interest in B2B sales, business development and relationship management.
- Confidence approaching new clients and engaging with decision-makers.




- Strong communication skills, organization and commercial initiative.
- A reliable, persistent and results-oriented attitude.
- Based in Spain or willing to relocate.

Previous experience in sales, recruitment or professional services is an advantage, but not essential.
