Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of international market expansion projects.

Conduct market analysis, identify business opportunities, and develop strategic project plans.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, logistics, legal) to ensure successful project execution.

Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for global initiatives.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with international operations and market entry.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with local partners and stakeholders in target markets.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices.

Provide regular, clear, and concise project status updates to senior management.

Facilitate virtual team collaboration and communication across different geographies and cultures.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with a strong emphasis on international business development or market expansion.

Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-border projects.





Excellent understanding of global business environments and diverse market dynamics.

Experience with remote team management and virtual collaboration tools.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, , Jira).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures.

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Knowledge of other languages is highly advantageous.
