As a Business Development Representative, you will identify and acquire new business clients, promote AI-powered advertising solutions, and drive sales growth through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities Identify prospective clients through cold calling, emails, and social selling.
Build and manage a pipeline of B2B sales opportunities.
Understand clients' digital marketing needs and recommend AI advertising solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with onboarding teams.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements German C1 and English B2.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales,



business development, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and online advertising.
Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and lead qualification.
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Understanding of AdTech or AI platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Proactive and target-driven mindset.
