About the Role

The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, proven leadership capabilities, and an in-depth understanding of the healthcare landscape in the Canary Islands . This position requires a dedicated professional to be on the ground, driving engagement with healthcare professionals and clients.
Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Canary Islands .
Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies and action plans in alignment with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, pharmacists,



and other healthcare professionals in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and surrounding areas.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, ethical guidelines, and company policies.
Manage the regional budget effectively and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and development to the sales team.
Collaborate with marketing and medical affairs teams to ensure consistent messaging and support. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management or supervisory role.
Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and the healthcare system in Spain, specifically the Canary Islands .
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Business Administration, or a related field. Benefits
