Working closely with the account management team, you will lead the technical onboarding process, configure systems to meet specific dealership requirements, train dealership staff, and ensure smooth adoption of our platforms. This role is critical to our expansion strategy as you will establish the implementation methodology and best practices for the US market, starting with our Lithia Group partnership.Job Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new dealership clients, from kickoff to go-live in coordination with the onboarding teamProvide support to US clients and coordinate with product and tech teamDevelop and document standardized implementation processes for the US marketConfigure Seez platforms to meet specific dealership requirements and workflowsCoordinate integration with existing dealership systems (DMS, CRM, inventory management, etc.)Conduct comprehensive training sessions for dealership staff, both remotely and on-siteCreate implementation project plans with clear milestones, timelines,



and responsibilitiesManage multiple concurrent implementation projects across different dealership locationsCollaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issuesDocument technical requirements and custom configurations for each implementationDevelop training materials and documentation tailored to US dealership operationsProvide regular status updates to account managers and client stakeholdersCapture and share best practices and lessons learned from each implementationProvide insights to stakeholders into the US automotive scene, requirements, technologies and competition RequirementsWHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE PARTY (MUST HAVES) 3+ years of experience in Saa S implementation, technical customer success, or similar rolesProven track record of successful software deployments in enterprise environmentsExperience with CRM, DMS, or other dealership systems preferredStrong project management skills with ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneouslyExcellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesOutstanding training and communication skills, both written and verbalBachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field preferredWillingness to travel up to 50% of time for on-site implementations and training YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU'RE SOMEONE (GREAT-TO-HAVE) Understanding of automotive dealership operations and processesExperience with data migration, system integration,
