Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple software development projects from initiation through closure, ensuring successful delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
- Champion Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and best practices, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Effectively manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, implementing effective contingency plans.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers, sharing expertise and promoting professional development.
- Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.




- Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare detailed reports for executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management office and software development lifecycle.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on software development projects.
- Proven experience in a Lead Project Manager or similar senior role, including team leadership.
- In-depth knowledge and practical application of Agile frameworks (Scrum Master certification highly desirable).
- Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing budgets and resources for large-scale projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote setting.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
