They need someone who sits at the intersection of finance, technology and transformation in a fast?scaling fintech. You'll partner the FD to transform how the finance function operates, building its systems, data and processes from the ground up and owning revenue operations and FP&A; from a finance perspective.

It suits someone who has already led finance transformation in a scaling fintech and wants to do it again with real ownership, a strong team and a serious upside. Drive the transformation of the finance function's systems, processes and operating model so it scales ahead of the business Lead change across Finance, Sales and Engineering, bringing stakeholders with you Lead finance and RevOps systems projects end to end, from scoping and selection through implementation and optimisation Get deep into Stripe to fix bottlenecks,



workarounds and system limitations Integrate HubSpot and Stripe so billing data is clean, accurate and automated Translate finance needs into technical requirements alongside Engineering Automate manual accounting and reporting processes Build the budgeting, forecasting and planning models, plus the dashboards that drive data?Own revenue and billing reporting across ARR, subscriptions, churn and unit economics Build the reporting frameworks the business will need as it scales Finance infrastructure Design and embed robust accounting processes, controls, policies and work papers Fintech scale?growing fintech business and understand subscription and payments revenue. You've led finance or systems transformation, taking a function from manual and fragmented to automated and scalable.

You've led or delivered real systems projects such as Stripe, HubSpot, ERP or BI tooling and integrations, not just been a user of them. A business with the product traction, team and track record to hit very ambitious targets
