What You'll Do
- Own and develop the technical champion in the opportunities.
- Deliver technical product presentations & demonstrations.
- Articulate the CrowdStrike technical message where required.
- Ask open and challenging discovery questions to uncover pain and drive requirements.
- Run Proof of Values (POV) with approved success criteria demonstrating the benefits and value of the platform.
- Collaborate with the Product Management team on key accounts and their technical product requirements.
- Learn and test different cyber security attack techniques against the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
- Provide informal training to the Corporate team on CrowdStrike technology and competitive messaging.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer feedback and issue resolution with the Support team.
What's Required
- Proven track record in technical roles (support, consulting, or systems engineering) with self-direction and organizational excellence
- Exceptional communication abilities for technical and business audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to evaluate complex architectures and identify security vulnerabilities and optimization opportunities
- Desire for continuous learning and professional growth
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and drive business outcomes
- Native fluency in German and business-level English
Bonus Points
- Knowledge of incident response, forensics, network administration and endpoint security
- Malware analysis experience and cybersecurity expertise
- MEDDIC/Value Selling awareness
