Responsabilidades

- Analyze financial data, investment scenarios, project returns and key sensitivities.
- Assist with project and company valuations.
- Support acquisition and divestment processes, including due diligence and data-room coordination.
- Prepare financial summaries, presentations,



business plans and materials for management and investment decisions.
- Assist with the preparation of information for investors, lenders and external advisors.
- Conduct market, company and transaction research.
- Coordinate financial information and follow-up actions with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the improvement of financial templates, reporting tools and internal processes.

Requisitos

- Bachelor in Finance/ Business Administration, Engineering or similar
- 2-4 of years experience dealing with financial models, M&A; activities and/or project

finance

- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
- Team player and hands-on personality
- Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving Skills.
- Planning and organization focus (attention to details).
