At SMILEAT, we’re looking for a creative and curious Design Intern eager to bring our brand to life through inspiring visual experiences, contributing to projects across packaging, branding and digital design as we continue to grow and expand into new markets.

Your mission

You’ll join Smileat’s Design team, taking part in creative projects that help us keep growing and bring our brand to new markets. You’ll collaborate on the design, development and adaptation of graphic materials for different channels and countries, contributing to a coherent, attractive and recognizable visual identity. Along the way, you’ll learn about branding, packaging, digital design, print materials and visual content creation.

What we're looking for

- Studies in Graphic Design and packaging.
- Conceptual design: ability to turn concepts into graphic design and translate them into different formats through a visual brand system.
- Layout and editorial design: ability to structure, prioritize and summarize information visually.
- Good command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Organization, attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- English, minimum C1.
- Nice to have: knowledge of prepress and final artwork, Canva, and AI applied to design and visual creation (e.g. Magnific).

We’re looking for visual sensitivity, attention to detail, organization and the initiative to propose solutions; someone who combines creativity with a practical mindset, from the idea all the way to execution.





Creative and curious when exploring visual ideas, methodical and detail-oriented, proactive and solution-focused, collaborative, and keen to grow and develop new skills.

Day to day

Packaging Design

- Adapt packaging to different languages and markets, starting from the original designs.
- Support labeling updates, graphic adjustments and redesigns.

Offline Graphic Design

- Develop and adapt corporate materials in line with Smileat’s identity: flyers, point-of-sale materials and other printed pieces.
- Prepare files for print.

Digital Design

- Design and adapt banners and creatives for online channels.
- Adapt and update corporate materials.

AI-powered Design

- Create digital product mockups.
- Generate and adapt images and videos using AI.
