We’re building the largest private network of boat owners in the Mediterranean: a members-only app where verified Boat Owners and their guests see who is nearby, share experiences at sea and ashore, and get real answers from people who live the season on the water.
We launch in spring 2027 with marinas, charter companies and service partners across the Mediterranean.
The role
You’ll shape how BOYA looks, sounds and feels, from now till the launch.
You’ll work side by side with our Marketing Director and the founders, with real ownership and no layers in between.
What you’ll do
- Build BOYA’s visual and verbal identity on social media
- Create photo and video content with AI tools and push what they can do
- Design and run co-branded campaigns with marinas, charter companies and partners
- Dream up the events and experiences that will bring the BOYA community together
Who we’re looking for
- You’re enrolled in a university or master’s programme, or graduated within the last three years
- You have a portfolio (video and/or photo) that shows your eye; AI-generated work is welcome
- You’re hands-on with AI video/image tools and editing software
- You care about brands, stories and why people fall for them
- You’re fluent in English and Spanish. Italian or French is a plus
- More creative or more strategic, both profiles are welcome.
What we offer
- December 2026 to May 2027
- Remote or hybrid in Barcelona
- The chance of a full-time role and equity after launch
- Your work in front of boat owners across the Mediterranean from day one
- This is a paid internship; the format depends on your profile
