Marketing Manager – Digital

ZEST Ibiza | Full-time | On-site

Bring ZEST to life

ZEST is a new five-star resort opening in Ibiza in 2027. Set above San Antonio, the resort will bring together the island’s vibrant energy and a more relaxed side of luxury, with distinctive places to stay, restaurants and bars, wellness and memorable experiences.

We’re looking for a creative, digitally minded Marketing Manager to help introduce ZEST to the world, build our presence in the market and turn awareness into bookings.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll help deliver the resort’s marketing strategy from pre-opening through to launch and beyond. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing, General Manager, resort teams and specialist agencies to create effective campaigns and a consistent ZEST experience across our digital channels.

What you’ll do

Digital marketing and performance

- Coordinate day-to-day digital marketing activity with our paid media, SEO and website partners.

- Manage and update the ZEST website, keeping content accurate, engaging and optimised for search and conversion.

- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, direct bookings and return on ad spend, identifying ways to improve results.

- Support CRM and email marketing, including database growth, guest communications and automated campaigns.

- Maintain clear performance reporting and help ensure analytics, tracking and marketing platforms are working effectively.

Social media and content

- Manage the social media calendar and coordinate content across our channels.

- Plan photography, video shoots and other content production with creative partners and resort colleagues.

- Track social media performance, engagement and audience growth.

- Organise and maintain the resort’s photography,



video and creative asset library.

Brand, campaigns and partnerships

- Ensure marketing activity reflects ZEST’s identity, positioning and tone of voice.

- Coordinate campaigns for the resort’s accommodation, restaurants, bars, wellness and experiences.

- Support partnerships with relevant lifestyle, hospitality and local brands.

- Coordinate marketing collateral and support PR, media and influencer activity.

Marketing coordination

- Manage the marketing calendar, project timelines and delivery of agreed activity.

- Be a key contact for digital, creative, social and PR agencies, helping keep projects on time and within budget.

- Work with the Director of Marketing, General Manager and wider resort team to align marketing with commercial priorities.

- Monitor marketing expenditure, obtain supplier quotes and support budget management.

What you’ll bring

- Four to six years’ marketing experience, ideally in luxury hospitality, travel or lifestyle.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, website management, analytics and CRM.

- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and email marketing platforms.

- A good understanding of social media, content production and brand marketing.

- Commercial awareness and confidence using data to spot opportunities and improve performance.

- Strong project management, communication and organisational skills.

- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages would be an advantage.

- The ability to work on site in Ibiza. Knowledge of the island’s luxury hospitality and lifestyle scene would be helpful.

- Experience supporting a hotel opening or brand launch would be an advantage.
