The Team

The Creative Services team partners with consultants and business leaders across A&M; to create high-quality presentations and visual communications. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, the team transforms complex ideas into clear, impactful materials that support clients and internal stakeholders.

How you will contribute

We seek a Graphic Designer to produce high-quality corporate presentations and visual materials for our consulting teams and clients. You will turn complex content into clear, polished and persuasive visuals, working to tight deadlines alongside consultants and senior leadership.

You will be involved in:

- Design and build of high-end PowerPoint presentations for client, executive and board audiences, including pitch decks, proposals, reports and training materials.
- Improve the visual design and storytelling of existing content, advising on slide structure, messaging hierarchy and sequencing.
- Create custom charts, infographics, diagrams, icons and other graphics.
- Develop and maintain PowerPoint templates, master slides and visual guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
- Manage presentation projects end to end, from brief to final delivery,



often under demanding deadlines and with multiple stakeholders.
- Use AI-powered tools to speed up ideation, visual exploration and production, applying sound judgement on quality and confidentiality.
- Support wider design needs, such as marketing collateral, reports and web content, as required.

Qualifications

- Proven experience designing corporate or professional-services presentations (portfolio required).
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, including master slides, templates and layouts.
- Strong typography, layout and data-visualisation skills.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders, take feedback and deliver quickly without compromising quality.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
- Business level English (written and spoken).
- Experience in consulting, finance or another professional-services environment.
- Familiarity with think-cell, UpSlide or similar tools.
- Practical experience using generative AI tools in creative workflows.
- Experience with web design, UI and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent.
- Experience designing or maintaining brand guidelines.
