Senior Clinical Operations Project Manager12-Month Contract | Full-Time (1.0 FTE) | Remote, Europe | Planet Pharma is supporting an innovative and rapidly growing biotechnology organisation in the appointment of a Senior Clinical Operations Project Manager to join their integral Clinical Operations team on a 12-month contract basis. This is an opportunity for an experienced clinical operations professional who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys bringing structure, oversight and leadership to complex global clinical programmes. Working closely with senior clinical leadership, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across a portfolio of outsourced international studies.

The organisation has experienced significant growth in recent years, with substantial investment in both people and technology and a rapidly expanding clinical pipeline. With multiple studies currently underway and further programmes entering development, they are seeking a hands-on Clinical Operations leader who can effectively navigate complexity, build strong partnerships with CROs and ensure studies are delivered to the highest standards. Provide operational leadership across global clinical studies from study start-up through to close-out.

Oversee and manage CRO and vendor relationships, ensuring delivery against timelines,



quality and budget expectations. Drive performance, accountability and collaboration across outsourced study teams. Work cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management and other key stakeholders.

Extensive Clinical Operations Project

Management experience within biotechnology, biopharmaceutical and/or CRO environments. Proven experience overseeing outsourced global clinical studies. Strong CRO governance, vendor management and performance oversight expertise. Global study experience spanning Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific regions.

Experience within Ophthalmology, Neurology, Rare Diseases and/or Advanced Therapies would be highly advantageous. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels. High-profile contract within an expanding global biotech organisation. ~ Opportunity to work directly alongside senior Clinical Operations leadership. ~ Fully remote working arrangement within Europe. ~12-month initial contract with strong potential for extension.
