What you’ll do
- Support airline customers by phone, with a focus on a great customer experience
- Handle high call volumes
- Stay calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented when customers are in sensitive or stressful situations
- Make good decisions in real time
What we’re looking for
- Fluent Spanish,
C1 (spoken and written)
- English, B2 (spoken and written)
- Previous customer service experience (required)
- Proven experience handling high-volume calls
- Resilience in sensitive situations
- Strong communication, empathy, and decision-making skills
- Availability for rotating shifts
