About the Role

Join an innovative AI advertising project in Barcelona! As a Business Development Representative you will identify and acquire new business clients promote AI-powered advertising solutions and drive sales growth through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify prospective clients through cold calling emails and social selling.
- Build and manage a pipeline of B2B sales opportunities.
- Understand clients digital marketing needs and recommend AI advertising solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with onboarding teams.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

- German C1 and English B2.




- Minimum 23 years of experience in B2B sales business development or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing including SEO PPC and online advertising.
- Experience in outbound sales cold calling and lead qualification.
- Familiarity with CRM systems preferably Salesforce.
- Understanding of AdTech or AI platforms.
- Strong communication negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Proactive and target-driven mindset.
