The product sells and the acquisition engine works. What's missing is a clear identity, strong creative direction, and one consistent way the brand looks and sounds everywhere.That's what you'll own.

And this isn't a strategy-only role: you'll set the direction and get hands-on with design, copy, shooting, and editing yourself.What you'll doDefine the brand identity: visual direction, typography, color, tone of voice, and a practical brand playbook.Lead creative direction across creator content, paid ads, packaging, campaigns, and product launches.Create the work yourself when needed: design assets, write copy, shoot, and edit.Set the strategy and creative standard for Instagram and TikTok.Connect brand and performance, so strong creative also drives results.Your teamYou'll lead a dedicated Social & Community Manager: you set the direction, they handle the day-to-day,



and you jump in where needed. You'll also direct freelance designers and editors. As the function grows, you'll build the creative team around you.Is this you?

You're a creative maker first. You set the direction, then open Figma, write the copy, pick up a camera, or edit it yourself.You have a strong portfolio showing both brand thinking and real execution.You've built a brand system from an incomplete starting point.You understand how creator content, organic social, and paid creative work together.Ideally, you come from high-growth DTC, beauty, wellness, or e-commerce, with experience in the US market.This is probably not for you ifYou haven't designed, shot, or edited anything yourself in recent years, or if you're looking for a large team and a finished playbook.What's in it for youA brand that already sells.
