Basque-Speaking Customer Service Advisor – Fashion & Retail

We are partnering with a leading international fashion retailer to recruit a Basque-Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join its customer support team in Barcelona, Spain.

In this role, you will assist customers with a wide range of shopping-related enquiries, including product information, availability, returns, exchanges and refunds. You will play an important role in delivering a smooth and positive shopping experience by providing helpful information, resolving customer concerns and ensuring a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability, sizing, orders and general shopping-related matters.
- Assist customers with returns, exchanges, refunds and complaints.
- Provide accurate information about store locations, ongoing promotions, retail policies and procedures.
- Handle customer enquiries through assigned communication channels, which may include phone, email and digital platforms.
- Investigate customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards while contributing to a positive and seamless shopping experience.

Requirements




- Fluent Basque and B2 level of English .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to understand customer needs, handle enquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm, patient and professional when handling complaints or challenging situations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international customer support environment.
