You will be responsible for the selection of high-potential students from our DACH market and beyond, who we’ll turn into great developers, data analysts, product designers, and cybersecurity professionals.The Admissions Associate will be responsible for:Inbound Lead Management: Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and video call in both German and English.Consultative Sales: Counsel applicants through interviews, asking thoughtful questions and actively listening to understand their career goals and educational needs.Pipeline Management: Manage your Admissions funnel in our CRM (Salesforce)



with detailed records and timely follow-ups.Sales Targets: Meet or exceed your enrollment targets while maintaining a high level of service.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to iterate on processes, improve conversions, and support projects (e.g., informational events/open houses).Product Expertise: Becoming an expert on our courses and the coding bootcamp industry.Creative Growth: Any additional sales and marketing ideas that you can come up with!Is this You?Location: You must be currently based in Spain.
