While based conceptually around León, Guanajuato, MX , this position offers full remote flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere.

This role is perfect for a designer who can blend architectural principles with sophisticated interior design, creating harmonious and aesthetically pleasing living spaces. You will be involved in all phases of residential projects, from initial concept development and client consultations to detailed design and specification of finishes. The adecuado candidate possesses a strong portfolio of residential projects, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating beautiful, functional homes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop architectural plans and interior layouts for residential properties

Collaborate with clients to understand their aesthetic preferences, functional needs, and budget

Create detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations

Select and specify interior finishes, materials, furniture, and lighting

Ensure design compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements

Manage design phases from concept through to construction documentation

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution

Stay updated on current design trends, innovative materials,



and home technologies

Present design concepts and updates to clients through virtual meetings

Maintain a high standard of design quality and client satisfaction

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design

Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential architecture and interior design

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of residential design styles

Proficiency in architectural and interior design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)

Excellent understanding of space planning, color theory, materials, and furniture selection

Knowledge of Mexican building codes and regulations for residential construction

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently in a remote setting

Creative vision and meticulous attention to detail

Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus
