At Robert Walters, we are partnering with a global technology group to strengthen its European Strategy & Business Operations function with the hire of an Associate based in Barcelona. Working closely with the European Strategy & Business Operations Lead, you will drive strategic and operational initiatives across multiple markets, with high visibility to senior leadership.

Your responsibilities

- You will support the European Strategy & Business Operations Lead in executing and tracking the region's key strategic and operational projects.

- You will run market, competitive and business analyses to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

- You will turn performance data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.

- You will contribute to business transformation and process improvement initiatives, from research to implementation.

- You will coordinate the roll-out of group policies and strategic initiatives across European businesses, working with cross-functional teams.





- You will prepare reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making.

Profile

- Mandatory: MBA from a top-tier business school.

- 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or business operations.

- Consulting experience (Big Four or strategy firms) or a background in e-commerce, advertising or media is highly valued.

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Power BI is a plus.

- Excellent English.

- A structured, analytical thinker who communicates confidently with senior stakeholders and works well in a fast-paced international environment.
