职位描述：

- 负责承接本地商家的物流需求，支撑商务团队业务拓展；
- 挖掘客户需求，基于客户的需求推动内部产品方案落地；
- 主动监控运营质量，围绕客户签约的SLA监控各项运营指标，确保质量满足客户需求的同时，推动内部运营质量提升；
- 关注客户满意度，维护合作关系。

- Responsible for undertaking logistics needs of local clients and supporting business expansion;
- Explore customer needs and promote the implementation of product solutions based on customer needs;
- Proactively monitor operational quality, monitor key indicators around customer signed SLA, ensure quality meets customer needs while promoting internal operational quality improvement;
- Focus on customer satisfaction and maintain good relationship.

职位要求：





- 2年以上电商/物流领域工作经验，有商家运营、物流运营经验；
- 解决方案制定及落地能力以及较强的推动力；
- 对本地物流解决方案的竞争力有深刻理解并有落地经验；
- 能够适应跨文化工作场景，具备中文和西语沟通能力。

Job Requirements:

- More than 2 years of working experience in the e-commerce /logistics field, with customer operation experience;
- Solution formulation and implementation capabilities and strong driving force;
- Have a deep understanding of the competitiveness of local logistics solutions and experience in implementation;
- Able to adapt to cross-cultural work scenarios and have Chinese or Spanish communication skills.
