Overview In this role you will oversee general payroll delivery and client satisfaction, acting as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end payroll processes run smoothly and on schedule. You will identify process improvements and advise clients on best practices to boost efficiency.

The position emphasizes strong communication, relationship management, and a proactive mindset to meet SLAs and deliver accurate payroll reports. This role offers the opportunity to shape client experiences and work closely with international partners.

Responsabilidades Ensure on-time and accurate payroll delivery for multiple clients Generate, audit, and reconcile payroll data reports Maintain up-to-date documentation and enforce process controls Act as single point of contact for clients,



building long-term relationships Educate clients on Celergo systems and best practices Coordinate with global payroll providers and partners to manage calendars and SLAs Review payroll changes and audit calculations from providers Manage invoicing, funding initiation, and item tracking to close open items Participate in internal projects and cross-department collaboration to meet company goals Provide second layer checks by comparing results to ensure accuracy Requisitos principales Bachelor Minimum 2 years in a service environment Ability to work independently Fluent English; bilingual skills are a plus Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organizational skills and ability to handle tight deadlines Proficiency with MS Excel, including basic formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP) Basic understanding of payroll/accounting is a plus Strong communication Cross-cultural collaboration Problem-solving MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP) Payroll data reporting and auditing Invoicing and funding processes
