Concierge Services Manager

RVS Jets is a private jet charter broker based in Mallorca, with operations worldwide. We give clients access to the whole market, from light jets to long-range aircraft, along with empty legs, group charter, helicopter transfers and concierge services.
We are looking for a Concierge Services Manager to build and grow our concierge offering, so every client journey is taken care of well beyond the flight.
What you will do:
- Develop our concierge services, from villas and yachts to ground transport, dining and experiences
- Build and manage a trusted network of partners in Mallorca and other key destinations
- Handle client requests from start to finish with discretion and attention to detail
- Work closely with our charter team to create seamless door-to-door journeys
- Find new opportunities to grow the concierge offering and bring in new clients
- Keep clear records of partners, requests and client preferences
What we are looking for:
- Experience in luxury concierge, 5-star hospitality, yacht or villa services, or private travel
- A strong network in Mallorca and the luxury travel space is a big plus
- Calm, organised and naturally service-minded
- Fluent English and Spanish. German is a plus.
- Comfortable working on-site in our Mallorca office
