The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the strategic bridge between Veeva and leading global life sciences organizations, empowering them to maximize the value of Veeva's industry-defining Pharmacovigilance (PV) suite.

What You'll Do Support 4-6 large, global customers post-implementation with Veeva Pharmacovigilance applications Liaise with Veeva Strategy, Sales,



Product and/or Services' stakeholders to address customer needs Requirements 7+ years of experience in Pharmacovigilance Experience working with or in large global pharmaceutical companies Customer-facing consulting experience Nice to Have 7+ years of working in Pharmacovigilance software, or consulting SaaS/cloud experience in the management of pharmacovigilance applications Experience working with Veeva Vault Perks &
