You will support area leads in strategic planning, goal cascading (KPIs, SWOT analysis), performance management, and continuous improvement, while driving core HR cycles such as onboarding, organizational climate, and talent development. In your day-to-day, you will report directly to the Head of EMEA and work in close collaboration with HQ teams in Brazil , ensuring global standards are effectively adapted and executed locally.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Experience:



4 to 5 years of experience in business management, strategic planning, performance management, or internal/external consulting. Strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence senior management. Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
