full-time engagement

. In this role, you’ll operate as a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Partner

, owning hiring end-to-end across a mix of technical and business roles

. You’ll work in a small, high-ownership TA team, where the focus is not just on delivery—but on consistently raising the bar on talent and hiring quality

Own and drive 8–12 active roles simultaneously across both technical, commercial and business functions Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines, with a strong focus on sourcing passive talent Run structured hiring processes from intake through to offer, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a general SaaS or technology company Confidence in assessing talent and contributing to high-quality hiring decisions
