We are seeking a French Content Moderator to help maintain a safe, respectful, and positive online environment for our users and community. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating user-generated content, investigating reports, and taking appropriate action to enforce community standards and platform policies.Lea el resumen de esta ocasión para comprender qué habilidades, incluidas las habilidades interpersonales relevantes y el dominio de paquetes de software, se requieren.You will play a key role in identifying harmful behavior, mitigating risks, and improving the overall user experience by proactively addressing safety concerns and supporting continuous improvements to trust and safety processes.Please note: You must be eligible to work in Bulgaria and able to work in Sofia, that's mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and evaluate user-generated content, including profiles, videos, messages, and other reported content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.Investigate, assess, escape, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by internal systems.Analyze data and contextual information to accurately determine the severity and impact of reported incidents.Collaborate with cross-functional teams when handling sensitive or complex trust and safety matters.Monitor trends and emerging risks to identify potential threats and prevent abuse before it occurs.Develop qualitative and quantitative reports to support continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation within trust and safety operations.Review new and existing platform features,
