• Analyze player behavior, economy trends, and product performance with cross-functional teams

• Design A/B tests and build predictive models for churn, LTV, and segmentation

• Mentor analysts and present insights to senior leadership through storytelling and dashboards

• Collaborate on improving data tools and pipelines

• Promote data literacy and experimentation best practices.

Требования: Experience in analytics or data science roles, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products

• Strong business sense and product intuition

• Solid experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation design

• Strong background in applied statistics

• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis





• Excellent communication skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders

• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences;

Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar; Fast learner who is meticulous, proactive, and pragmatic; Nice to have: Experience with Bayesian methods, experience mentoring or leading other analysts.
