Act as the bridge between the local market and integral Product/Engineering teams, translating customer friction into product features.Regional Leadership: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the region, managing strategic partnerships and high-priority escalations.Who You AreThe Builder: 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.

You have a track record of building and shipping scalable systems.The Translator: Proven experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or "Forward Deployed" engineering.

You can explain $O(n log n)$ to an engineer and ROI to a CFO in the same hour.The Leader: Strong leadership DNA with experience at the Director, VP, or Founder level.

You know how to build a culture, not just a team.The Operator: You thrive in "Zero-to-One" environments.
