- OHSEIn our Viladecavalls headquarters, we are looking for a Human Resources Trainee to support or local HR Team, mainly in Labour Relations and Talent Management.This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands?on experience across different HR functions, combining people-oriented activities with a business-driven, analytical and digital approach.GENERAL FUNCTIONSLabour Relations &
- HR Legal- Support the preparation and management of legal and administrative documentation related to labour relations.
- Assist in the follow-up of labour regulations, collective bargaining agreements and internal HR policies.
- Support employee relations processes and other labour-related initiatives.Talent Acquisition &
- Development- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for trainee positions, including CV screening, phone and face-to-face interviews.
- Assist in the onboarding and follow-up of trainees.
- Collaborate in talent development initiatives and support of training activities when needed.
- Support the management and processing of HR-related invoices.HR Analytics &
- Reporting- Support the preparation and analysis of HR reports, dashboards and KPIs.
- Collect and analyse HR data to identify trends and support decision?making.
- Contribute to the digitalization,



automation and continuous improvement of HR processes.POSITION REQUIREMENTS- Students currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset.
- Tech?savvy profile, with advanced Excel skills and an interest in data analysis, reporting and digital tools.

Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools will be highly valued.

- Advanced English level.
- Good communication, organizational and problem?solving skills.
