The Role As part of the Dutch-speaking customer support team, you’ll support customers with existing services and products. You’ll be responsible for handling inquiries efficiently, professionally, and with a strong focus on solution-oriented support. You will manage questions related to orders, products, deliveries, and general customer inquiries. The focus is on clear communication, problem-solving, and delivering consistent service quality.

- Handle inquiries related to orders, products, returns, and deliveries

- Provide clear, accurate, and professional support

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases

- Maintain accurate records in internal systems

Profile

- Native Dutch speaker

- Clear and professional communication skills

- Calm, structured, and solution-focused

- Organized and detail-oriented

- Team-oriented with a responsible work xghoner attitude

- Customer support experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
