The position works closely with Data Analytics, the IPS Leadership Team, and Global teams to prioritise work, align across Squads, and leverage enterprise capabilities, supporting excellence in translating strategy into execution and reinforcing Roche's High Performing Organization (HPO) positioning.The Insight Lead reports directly to the Head of Commercialization Excellence (ComEX) and has performance management responsibility for 4–5 Insights Experts and one Trainee.Your Key ResponsibilitiesPosition Insights as a strategic partner,
