We are looking for a service and shop employee for our growing business in Mallorca. Are you the person we are looking for?Can you help our guests on their way with top-notch service?We are looking for a communicative service employee who, like us, loves cycling and people and who enjoys creating as much cycling fun as possible for our guests. You will welcome guests and be the point of contact for a wide range of questions. In addition, you will be involved in planning, administrative tasks, and running the shop.
You are jointly responsible for a good team spirit within Team Rompelberg and contribute to a good working atmosphere. You are the face of the organization and are open to feedback from guests and employees alike.
You will consult frequently with the shop manager. The guests are mainly Dutch, English, and German speakers. A good command of these languages is not a strict requirement, but it is a great advantage in this position.
