? Mission

As an International Recruitment Specialist at BlueQuo, you will orchestrate strategic hiring initiatives and spearhead Operational Excellence across international markets.

You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, manage complex multi-country projects, and contribute to developing best practices, mentoring, and continuous improvement within the talent team.

?️ What You’ll Do

- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes across international regions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights, benchmarking, and strategic recommendations aligned with business goals.
- Design and execute tailored talent acquisition strategies that support scaling and long-term talent sustainability.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Provide consultative support on organizational design, leadership hiring, and talent planning.
- Manage and coordinate multi-country recruitment projects, including client expansions into new markets.
- Use ATS and recruitment analytics to track KPIs, evaluate performance, and drive data-informed decision-making.

? Hard Skills / Must Have

- Proven experience in consulting firms,



recruitment agencies, executive search or similar client-facing environments.
- Experience managing multi-country projects or new market launches.
- Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics, workforce planning, and DEI strategies.
- Passion for innovation in talent acquisition, AI, and automation tools.
- Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution: you can design the plan and roll up your sleeves to deliver it.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust with senior leaders.
- Fluent in English (C1+); other European languages (e.g., Dutch, French, Rumanian, Italian, Portuguese) are a plus.
