About the opportunity As part of the Banking Operations group, you will join a motivated Claims team focused primarily on the support of one of N26's key markets, Germany. As a Specialist on the German market, you will learn the fundamental concepts, best practices, and procedures of our team.
In this role, you will Execute business processes on behalf of the customers, dealing with enquiries and orders, while developing a broad knowledge within your area.

Support activities linked to defined processes within Banking Operations, including regulatory requirements and risk controls, and support incoming legal requests.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cases are handled efficiently, coordinate with other operational teams, and improve the quality of services delivered to our customers.

Assist in handling communications with external partners, and assist them in the day-to-day by providing answers and support.

Maintain internal documentation, ensuring it is up to date in order to stay compliant and minimise risk of audit findings.
