Have 2 - 4 years hands-on experience as a Business Analyst/ Product Owner/ Project Manager, or similar.
Enjoy talking to customers, mapping processes, and getting to the heart of what they really need. Communicate with clarity, empathy, and a positive mindset.
Can translate insights into user stories, process diagrams, prototypes, or functional documentation .
Familiar with agile methodology, defining and guiding sessions, backlogs definitions and delivery, but can also work with structured processes when needed. (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall)
Have experience with enterprise or business systems (ERP exposure is very beneficial).
Are open to learning about the world of cloud-based SAP extensions ( No technical knowledge needed but curious to fit on their language)
Are fluent in English and Spanish .

Gross salary in the range of 35k€ - 40k€ based on experience and value contribution
