Responsibilities

- Expert proficiency with leading cloud models: Runway (Gen-3 Alpha), Luma Dream Machine , Kling AI , Hailuo (MiniMax), and Veo 3. Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of each for specific tasks (e.G., realism vs. animation).
- Post-Production & Compositing: Strong skills in Adobe After Effects , Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve to composite AI layers, fix artifacts, and handle color grading.
- Open Source Video Models: Hands‐on experience implementing and fine‐tuning open weights models like CogVideoX , Hunyuan Video , Mochi 1, and LTX‐Video within local environments.
- Character Performance & Lip‐Sync: Experience creating talking heads and expressive avatars using LivePortrait , Hedra , Hallo , or SyncLabs . Ability to fix uncanny valley effects.
