Your core responsibilities include:Performing continuous surveillance and proactive supervision of the pool area.
Preventing safety hazards and managing risk factors across the facility.
Safeguarding all users and ensuring facility rules are respected.
Reacting swiftly and effectively in case of emergency situations or safety incidents.

Essential prior experience working in lifeguard duties and pool safety.
Sufficient language proficiency in Spanish to handle daily user communication and safety procedures.
