The Iberia FSO Manager acts as the trusted advisor and strategy development partner of Iberia Senior Leadership.

With the support of a local analyst, he/she develops insights to guide senior executives, accelerate growth, and enhance commercial execution. He/she supports the Senior Leadership for financial planning activities related to reporting, forecasting, and planning of the business. He/she is part of the senior leadership team within the Iberia and will help shape and drive the business in the coming years.

With support from functional leader, serve as strategy partner and consultant for local leadership. Provide analytical insights to the leadership to drive performance. Develop and track annual regional goals across a matrix organization in support of local initiatives.

Deliver on Sales Operations activities and deliverables, such as, but not limited to: Performance management, etc Long-range Strategic Planning. Budgeting. P&L; Management, etc. Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred, ideally in business, economics). ~10+ years' experience including 3-5 years of relevant work experience across strategic planning and P&L; management. ~ Strong business acumen, strategic thinker,
