We’re looking for an experienced Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our car rental station, manage a high-performing team, and ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. As a Station Manager II, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a medium to large car rental station within our Network & Stations team, part of the broader Operations function. Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads to ensure operational efficiency and coverage.

Manage the station’s budget, control operational costs, and ensure profitability.

Compliance and Safety:+ Ensure all station operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.+ Idóneo Experience Demonstrated success in a supervisory or management role, preferably in car rental, hospitality, retail, or a similar service-driven industry.

Experience managing teams, handling scheduling, and conducting performance reviews.

Previous experience overseeing budgets, cost control, and financial performance.
