Drive sales growth and market penetration by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing key accounts across the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, infrastructure owners, and end users to influence purchasing decisions. Develop and implement territory sales strategies and account-specific action plans to achieve or exceed annual sales targets. Manage and optimize the distribution network to maximize market coverage, strengthen channel performance, and identify growth opportunities. Identify, track, and manage sales opportunities, customer interactions, quotations, and pipeline activities using Salesforce CRM. Coordinate product demonstrations, technical training, and field support activities for customers, distributors, and channel partners. Bachelor's degree in Engineering , preferably in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
