Your roleAs Setup Runner, you will provide hands‑on operational support to the Wellbeing team, ensuring that all spaces, materials, and equipment are fully prepared before, during, and after wellbeing activities.
Your main responsibility will be to support the setup, preparation, maintenance, and breakdown of wellbeing activities and spaces, making sure facilitators have everything they need and that each environment is clean, organized, functional, and ready for guests.
What you will do:Prepare and set up wellbeing spaces before each activity or sessionPrepare mats, cushions, towels, blankets, props, equipment, and other materials required for each activitySupport the setup of private wellbeing sessions in guest rooms or designated spacesEnsure all materials and equipment are in place, clean, and ready before the activity startsAssist facilitators with any operational or setup needs before and during activitiesBe present during activities to provide operational support when requiredCollect, clean, organize, and store materials and equipment after each activityReset wellbeing spaces so they are ready for the next sessionTransport and safely handle wellbeing materials and equipment between different areas of the hotelKeep wellbeing storage areas clean, organized,



and properly arrangedCheck that equipment and materials are in good condition and report any damage, missing items, or replacement needsSupport the Wellbeing team with basic inventory checks and replenishment of materialsConduct regular checks of wellbeing spaces to ensure they remain clean, tidy, and operationalReport any maintenance, cleaning, or facility issues to the relevant teamFollow setup and breakdown guidelines for different types of wellbeing activitiesEnsure the correct use and care of wellbeing equipment and materialsSupport last‑minute operational needs or changes related to activitiesCoordinate with relevant internal departments when operational support is requiredHelp maintain calm, welcoming, harmonious, and well‑prepared wellbeing environmentsFollow all operational, health, safety, and hygiene proceduresWho we’re looking for:Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented professionalHands‑on and service‑oriented, with a practical approach to daily tasksFast and responsive, with the ability to adapt to changing operational needsSensitive to aesthetics, cleanliness, order, and presentationDiscreet and comfortable working in guest‑facing environmentsAble to safely handle, move,
